Let say you have a job and you work really hard at it. You’re always the first person to enter the office, you stay late, and you even work on the weekends. One day, your employer calls you in to his office and unexpectedly lays you off. At that precise moment, your heart sinks and your entire world comes crashing down. You automatically think you’re a failure. You think you’ll never be successful. Does that sound like you? Sadly, we’re all guilty of thinking this about ourselves at some point in our life.

When you do, remember these 4 simple truths to help you dust yourself off and soldier on.

11.        Failing doesn’t make you worthless sir!

Listen up, in today’s world, we are constantly preoccupied with what others think about us. For some inexplicable reason, we want everyone to think we’re successful and thriving. We fear that if we fail, we’ll be perceived as a good-for-nothing. But everyone fails in life. I mean, look at Steve Jobs or Bill Gates, Dangotes, Professor Osinbajos did they become successful overnight?

While we often think of failing as the end of the world, it’s actually a redirection. I know it’s hard to believe, but you have to understand that every time something doesn’t work out, it’s because something way better is on the way. All we have to do is work hard, be patient, and trust the process.

Although failure knocks you down on your feet, it also forces you to get back up and continue fighting. It forces you to get out of your comfort zone and try things you wouldn’t have otherwise thought of trying. In other words, failure forces you to grow. So every time you feel like you’ve hit rock bottom, remember that what doesn’t kill you makes you stronger.

Life has a funny way of taking unexpected turns, but I promise you it’s nothing against you. You see, everything in life has its own timing, and everyone on this planet has their own personal clock. So sometimes when you fail, it’s not because you didn’t try hard enough. It’s because the universe is telling you that it’s just not your time. What can you do in this case? Trust your timing. Trust the process. Just like Steve Jobs once said: ‘You can’t connect the dots looking forward; you can only connect them looking backwards. So you have to trust that the dots will somehow connect in your future’.

You want the Kernel of the series and the moral of the story? To quote Denzel Washington, “You will fail.” Not once, not twice, but many, many times. That’s what life is about. So stop being so hard on yourself. Focus on learning the lessons of each failure, and the next one will take you one step closer to success.

The road to success is paved with good intentions. To make it you must fill your car with gas which is the positive attitude you obtain to keep yourself moving. The engine of your car is your heart which you need to put forth in order to succeed. Your destination is your goal and in order to reach your goal you must strive. You must find your destination, fill up your car with gas, press on the pedal, and let your engine work it's magic... STRIVE!

On its road, there are many paths to take with many sacrifices along the way to make patience, faith and hard work, please don't forsake or your dreams will pour empty into a wide lake.

You are the first one you must try to impress take a step at a time and do not digress. For success when achieved, I say without , is more gratifying than any orgasm.

In nugget, 'I know that 'The Road to Success' is not an easy 'Road' to walk on, but you have to know that in this world there is no free lunch. So if you want to achieve your goal, you have to know how to pay for it. It is because if you do not want to make any pay, you will not get anything from the return. So do not think that the benefits of this world will just fall from the sky for you that are because you are not the special one in the world. So anyone who wants to reaches to the 'Success', he or she has to go through on the 'Road' that he or she choose'.

I make bold to tell you that, if you really want go to the 'Success', you have to go exactly straight, and if you meet so many of problem and obstacle on the 'Road' that you have choose, please be strong and courageous to face it, do not just escaping from all the problems and obstacles, then just look for those shortcuts. Because when you walk on the wrong step, you will not arrive to the destination called 'Success' any more, and you will arrive to the place called 'Failure'. So I hope that when you choose your own 'Road' in the time, please think clearly that what 'Road' you have choose and do not just think that you wants to reach to the destination in the short time.

We all are normal people; no any one of us is an exception, so that we all will have the experienced on the same way, so please do not think that only you have to go through on the 'Road'. Even those well-known entrepreneurs, politicians, scientists, musicians and so on. They also just like us. They also have to go through such a difficult 'Road', you have to know that the reason why today they will be so successful is because they do not give up their choice on the 'Road' that they choose, they were brave to face the 'Road' that are brought so many problems for they. Therefore, today, they will so successful! So do not easily to give up or go back because as long as you are willing to face whatever will comes on the 'Road' that you choose, one day you will also become like them so successful!

“Where there’s a will, there’s a way”; that is, when we are determined to do a thing, however difficult it may be, and even apparently impossible, we shall find a way to do it.

The real reason why we do not try to do certain things, or fail to do them when we try, is often because we do not really want to do them; or, if we really want a thing, our desire for it is feeble. When we do not really want to do it, we set to work to find excuses, and make mountains out of mole hills.

Every difficulty is exaggerated, and we so fill our minds with the obstacles in the way, that we think it is impossible of attainment.

Our desire is like a thin, feeble stream of water which is turned aside or blocked by every small obstacle. But a rushing torrent simply sweeps rocks and trees and banks out of its way, and forces itself through insuperablery obstruction. In the same way, a fierce desire, and a strong determination, will make light of difficulties, and will discover the way to success.

Take the story of Pallissy, the French potter some years ago. He made up his mind to discover a pure white glaze for china. He was a poor man, and had but little education; but for twenty years he worked at his task, trying hundreds of experiments and failing in all.

But he never gave in. His wife and neighbours called him a lunatic, for he ruined himself in his efforts. At last, to get wood to feed his furnace in the final experiment, he burnt up all the furniture in his house. But he succeeded in the end, and became a famous man. He had the will, and he found the way.

Listen up, Many a man who became famous as a scholar, artist or business man, had a similar struggle against apparently insuperable obstacles. But their determination to succeed brought them success.
Napoleon Bonaparte said the word “impossible” was not found in his dictionary.
Alexander the Great earmarked "There is nothing impossible to him who will try.”
